When your car comes into us the following is performed.

1, Car jacked up and wheels removed from your car

2, Tyres removed from the wheels then wheels placed into stripping tank to remove the old paint and coating

3, Once the old coating is stripped from your wheels it is then outgassed and then shot blasted to give the wheels a clean blast profile for the powder coat to adhere to

4, Then the wheels are powder coated in what ever colour you wish

5, Wheels are quality checked and then tyres are fitted and wheels are balanced

6, Wheels are installed back on your car and it is ready to collect
